3rd March 2004
Kite buggying - boarding: Ynyslas Estuary
Wind Direction: S
Wind Stength: 15-20kts
Surf / Sea State: na
Air Temperature: 8
Sea Temperature: na
Weather: gusty, showers, cloudy
Max Speed:
Distance Covered:

Went out hoping to use the board, but turned out it was far too windy for that, did however turn out to be good for doing some jumps though!!

I was out for a couple of hours, after which the harness had squashed me enough for one day!

Initially tried the kite on the sea front but it was too windy even just to fly the kite around comfortably, so tried it in the estuary where it was not particularly calmer.

Nobody else was around in the estuary apart from dog walkers, so packed up.

Good session though! Pity it wasn't so gusty.
